Customer Shopping Journey

Responsible for range planning on the website with the commercial team based on customer journey of how a category is shopped (seasonality, cross sell/ upsell). Continuous monitoring of competitor websites to benchmark shopping journey

Digital development

Manage relationship with UX/UI Digital development team to enhance overall user experience, including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel, reporting and promotional campaigns.

Planning & Execution of Ecommerce Strategy

Be a key component in developing the effective planning and executive of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content

Develop and executive Ecommerce solutions

Integrated campaigns

Direct external/internal agency to deliver integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.

Management of Internet Marketing solutions, social media integration, SEOs

Manage internet marketing solutions, social media integration, SEO and other monitoring methodologies and analytics

Forecasting

Promotional plan & drive awareness

Work closely with Marketing and Buying to formulate the promotional plan and awareness drive.

Innovation & process optimization

Provide innovation and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.
Launch ecommerce solution in new markets.
