Newcom is a leading IT distribution company that caters to technology and lifestyle products across the Middle East and Africa. We are expanding our online sales division and looking to hire an e-commerce executive.Roles and responsibilities:- Strategies and execute the sale of the product on various e-commerce platforms like Amazon, noon and other marketplace Own the day-to-day activities of the e-commerce platform and all online sales efforts. Responsible for meeting online sales plans and tracking individual accounts monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with eCommerce partners and manage partners/client expectations. Manage site development and launch activities for all e-commerce accounts including product descriptions, images, assets, banners, brand images, and other attributes. Liaise with marketing, sales, and operation teams to manage the customer experience through online brand image, content, product assortment, navigation, promotions, and information architecture for optimal site performance and functionality. Follow up on payments with customers, get correct details of payment according to the invoice. Forecast online campaign growth and ROI for online campaigns. Coordinate and execute company website and retailer e-commerce initiative and promotional campaigns, both domestically and internationallyJob Location:Dubai - Head Office
