Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations on Amazon and Noon, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Optimize product listings for SEO to improve visibility and conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each platform to maximize revenue.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform pricing, promotions, and inventory decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for listings and promotions to optimize performance.
  • Manage customer inquiries and feedback on both platforms, ensuring timely responses and resolution of issues.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations and alignment on sales goals.
  • Liaise with Amazon and Noon account managers to stay updated on platform policies and best practices.
