DescriptionClient ProfileOur client is a global equipment manufacturer and retailer and we are recruiting an experienced bilingual e-commerce marketing manager with B2B and B2C retail channel marketing to join their Dubai team to lead the e-commerce function to increase customer acquisition and retention and build a strong delivery team.Role SummaryDevelop the strategy, concepts, content and roadmap for e-commerce content, marketing campaigns and visual merchandising to increase online revenue streams for major retail websites to increase brand aware and consumer loyalty.Work closely with the brand, development and sales teams to develop content for all product ranges and align digital marketing campaigns with sales initiatives and conduct competitive analysis on metric testing to increase conversion and multivariant testing activities.Manage 3rd party sales channels including affiliates and marketplace sellersContinuous optimization of the user journey across all customer touch points and incorporating relevant customer feedback.Essential Skills & Experience Required5+ years e-commerce and affiliate marketing management, merchandising and customer acquisition experience which includes recruiting and developing an e-commerce teamStrong commercial and financial acumen with a strong track record in effective customer segmentation and behavioural targeting and excellent analytical skills to use data to understand the consumer and report on acquisition and retention performance metrics.Proficiency in e-commerce CMS and Magento platformEducationBachelor s Degree in Marketing or Communications is mandatory.Candidate ProfileCurrently living in the Gulf preference will be given to candidates living in the United Arab Emirates.Fluency in English and Arabic must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
