Job Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Sales Specialist with a strong background in musical instruments. In this role, you will manage our online sales platform and engage customers via phone to drive sales and provide expert product advice. Your deep knowledge of musical instruments will be crucial in helping customers find the right products.Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Sales: Oversee online platform operations, manage orders, optimize product listings, and monitor sales performance.
  • Telesales Engagement: Make outbound calls to new leads, follow up on inquiries, and recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:
