SKILLS:Knowledge of the product and prior experience in Dynamics CRM testing. Understanding of feature likeBusiness Units, Teams, Security Roles and modules like Sales, Service etc. Understanding ofcustomization like Plugin, Custom Workflow Activity, Actions, JavaScript etc. Good knowledge in CRMIntegration Testing. Understanding of features like BPF, Business Rules, Workflows, Dialogs, Field LevelSecurity etc. Experience in working in Agile Methodology. Ability to create Test Plans and test cases fromthe requirements. Good knowledge of test frameworks and testing life cycle. Good communication skillsand strong work ethic.RESPONSIBILITIES:Interact with business and development teams on a regular basis to obtain requirement and designdetails.Review QA artifacts produced by the team to drive the quality of deliverables. Provide regular progressreports, status and metrics to management. Work with development team to create thorough andorganized documentation for test cases by clearly articulating test objectives, steps, and expected results.Adhere to standard operating procedures and the collection of measures put in place to ensureconsistency and improvement in testing software. Participate in project planning and design discussionsAnalyze and translate requirements and development stories into test scripts. Work with standard testautomation methodologies and direct scripting and coding in Selenium as well as Visual StudioDesign and implement Test Automation Framework using various frameworks such as Data Driven, TableDriven, Keyword Driven or Hybrid. Experience in descriptive programming and automating applicationseven if actual application is not available. Plan, develop and execute performance testing for variousefforts.
