You will play a pivotal role in managing master data, optimising business processes, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple entities in a fast-paced production environment.Client DetailsA successful company based in Dubai with global operations, going through a growth phase.DescriptionCreate and maintain master data (e.g., items, vendors, customers) across multiple entities.Establish and document procedures for master data management, ensuring approval processes are followed.Interface with banking data and manage vendor bank account changes with precision to avoid payment errors.Implement and document best practices for master data governance and ensure alignment with business objectives.Conduct risk analysis within different modules of Dynamics 365 F&O, such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).Perform GAP analysis to identify areas of risk and inefficiencies in approval workflows and authority matrices.Recommend process improvements and implement best practices across business processes.Ensure the technical and process aspects of Dynamics 365 are optimised for efficiency.Collaborate with external consultants and lead weekly calls with development teams for tool automation projects.ProfileBachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Strong understanding of master data management and ability to establish procedures and policies.Familiarity with risk management frameworks and conducting GAP analyses for process improvement.Ability to balance both technical and process-oriented responsibilities.Experience in liaising with external consultants on ERP-related projects.Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage but not required.Job OfferThis is a unique opportunity to join a leading organisation and play a key role at a growth stage.
