As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the first impressions of our Guests and ensure maximum guest satisfaction consistent with Paramount Hotel Guidelines and SPPs, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the operation and administration, creating an experience that is authentic, producing hospitality that is unmistakable, unforgettable and, consequently, unmissable.You will oversee daily operations, ensure employee productivity, monitor efficiency of all processes and create a positive work environment for employees.
