Ideally located in the heart of Dubai Science Park, in the most sought after residential area of Dubai. Minutes away from mega malls, magnificent Jumeirah Beaches, world?s leading tourist attractions and Parks, auto drome and over 5 championship golf courses. The Holiday Inn & Suites at Dubai Science Park will include 240 hotel rooms and suites and 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings and an extensive 1026sqm cutting-edge meeting and events facilities.Reporting directly to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the engineering maintenance team. You will be ensuring that the engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance, are functioning properly and up to the operating standards. Additionally, work towards and support the improvement of maintenance service to guests, other departments and colleagues.Ideally, youll have some or all of the following competencies and experience were looking for: ? Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or technically related fields ? 4 to 6 years? experience in hotel maintenance experience, including supervisory or team leading roles ? Strong English communication skills ? Strong knowledge of general maintenance ? Luxury and lifestyle experience is an advantage ? Pre-Opening experience is highly advantageous.
