We are looking for an experienced Technician based in our algadgets store. As a Technician, you will be expected to provide quality repairs of devices, communicate positively and effectively with customers, and work closely with team members. We?re looking for a friendly and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and experience in a fast-paced tech-oriented retail environment.Key Responsibilities Include:Repair electronic devices including Drones, Cell phones, Laptops/Computers, Tablets, Game systems and morePerform diagnostics and install software productsGreet and assist customers, process salesSell accessories, pre-owned devices, as well as technology related servicesAnswer customer phone callsKey Skills Needed:1+ Technical experience with hardware and software, especially drones and cell phones1+ years? experience in a retail setting preferredExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong interest in the consumer electronics industryJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
