Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator/RFP & Proposal Assistant to support our growing workload of incoming Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bid submissions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze RFPs, ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Draft, edit, and prepare proposal documents (guidance provided)
  • Submit proposals and track submission deadlines
  • Follow up on submitted bids and schedule meetings with clients
  • Maintain an organized record of RFPs, proposals, and client communications
