The Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and secure delivery of goods while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, or buses, depending on the specific job requirements.
  • Transport goods, products, or passengers to their designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Plan routes and determine the most efficient and safe way to reach destinations.
  • Load and unload cargo or goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items for transportation.
  • Inspect vehicles regularly and perform basic maintenance tasks, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes.
  • Communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.
  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of deliveries or transportation activities.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring it is presentable to customers at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
