We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dressmaker to join our team specializing in all kinds of ladies dresses. If you have a passion for fashion, exceptional cutting skills, and a strong background in ladies wear, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:- Precisely measure, mark, and cut fabric according to design specifications.- Realization of 1st draping from the designer sketch- Realization of samples considering production technical constraints ( cut , finishing , technical and upgrading solutions )- Pattern cutting , Draping , Adaptation and transformation of clothing .- Research of technical solutions according to designs and fabrics.- Following of dresses cutting and sewing.- Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to ensure accuracy in cutting.- Operate cutting equipment and tools efficiently and safely.- Maintain a high standard of quality control in the cutting process.- Oversee and manage cutting room operations.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Master Cutter in ladies wear, preferably in the UAE.- Strong knowledge of different fabrics, patterns, and dress styles.- Proficient in using cutting equipment and tools.- Attention to detail and a commitment to precision.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
