Should calculate bill of material from reference drawingCreate Drawings based on building Specifications, Calculations and SketchesVisit Construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as neededRevise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancementsCollaborate with designers, clients and engineers on projectsIdentify scope and prepare estimation based on drawings quantities and specifications.Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial Proposals.Prepare Pre-Project costing analysis.Coordinate with Technical Department and Projects Management.Preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ).Review architectural plans and preparing material quantity requirements.Estimate the quantity and cost of materials.
