Job Responsibilities:? Responsible for Logistics documentation for Import and Export (Non-bulk).? Liaising with external parties.? Co-ordinate with 3P Documentation service for Chamber of Commerce requirements.? Coordinate with Finance for bank documents.? Maintains channels of effective communication with Logistics, Terminal, Finance, Reception, etc.? Attend to issues promptly and adopt corrective and preventive actions through the analysis and investigation of problems, feedback and complaints.? Follow the standard operations procedure (SOP) and monitor own key performance indicators (KPI).? Make sure that documents are planned according to the agreed schedule & time frame.? Work on cross-functional projects.Required Competencies:a. Functional:? Logistics documents ? Bills of Lading, Packing List, Inspection reports, etc.? Commercial documents ? Invoice, Certificate of Origin.? Packaging and Terminal operations.? Statutory requirements, permits and documentation.b. Interpersonal skills: patience, listening, and communicating; able to work well with others in a fast-paced working environment.c. Soft skills:? Attention to detail: being able to follow procedures in the way the employer wants keeps the Customer experience consistent and in line with the company?s image.? Problem-solving.? Collaborative working.? Customer focus.? Meticulous, pro-active with positive attitude and willing to learn.? Time-management: Work on tight deadlines based on responsiveness required from Customers, Sales managers and Purchase managers.d.
