We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Document and Receipt Processing Specialist to join our team at Shimmer and Trading. As a trading company specializing in building materials, we require an individual who can efficiently create, process, and merge documents and receipts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating with the bank regarding financial transactions.Responsibilities:1. Document Creation and Processing:ÿÿÿ- Create and format various business documents using Microsoft Word and other relevant software.ÿÿÿ- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards in all documents.ÿÿÿ- Process incoming documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery receipts, in a timely manner.ÿÿÿ- Verify the completeness and correctness of the information provided in the documents.2. Receipt Management:ÿÿÿ- Receive and organize receipts related to financial transactions.ÿÿÿ- Match receipts with appropriate documents and ensure proper filing.ÿÿÿ- Maintain an organized and efficient system for tracking and retrieving receipts.3. Document and Receipt Merging:ÿÿÿ- Merge multiple documents and receipts into a cohesive and comprehensive format.ÿÿÿ- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of merged documents.4. Bank Communication:ÿÿÿ- Liaise with the bank regarding financial transactions, inquiries, and issue resolution.ÿÿÿ- Maintain clear and professional communication with bank representatives.ÿÿÿ- Provide necessary documentation and information to facilitate smooth transactions.5.
