We are looking for someone who is looking to be engaged on a unique and long term project in the Emirates.Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? Were looking for an experienced Document Controller to join a dynamic team working on a large-scale LNG project in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project that involves global collaboration and cutting-edge technology.In this role, you will be the go-to person for managing all the critical documentation, including engineering, fabrication, and construction documents. You?ll be part of a fast-paced, international environment, ensuring that our clients team and partners have easy access to all the information they need. If you thrive in a high-energy setting and enjoy working with global teams, this is the role for you.- Manage engineering, fabrication, and construction documents for the project using an electronic document management system (EDMS).- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of technical documents, including drawings, procedures, and data sheets.- Coordinate the distribution of transmittals and track feedback to make sure everything is properly shared across teams.- Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records that are easily accessible for the project team and external stakeholders.- Prepare final technical manuals and workflows in collaboration with our global contractors and vendors.- Support the team with weekly reporting on document status using Power BI (beginner level is fine).- Play a key role during the project?s integration phase, working under pressure and ensuring smooth communication between international companies.- At least 5 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role in the oil and gas industry, with a preference for those who have worked on large international projects.- Solid experience in document control systems, especially EDMS tools (Content Server or similar).- Proficiency in English.- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with international contractors and vendors.- An ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially during crucial project phases.- A degree in Information Systems, Project Management, or significant experience in document control.This project is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry leaders from around the world in a multinational company delivering a globally recognised project.
