  • Establish systems and trackers for the management of company documents
  • Establish a robust filing system to store and retrieve company documents as needed
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legal requirements related to document retention and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with the finance / inventory and other relevant departments
  • Collect relevant documents for the Finance department, such as export shipment documents, invoices for VAT filing, and other pertinent documents
