Job Description

The opportunityProject: This is an opportunity to work on a large hospitality project in one of the emirates of the UAE. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that all project participants comply with the agreed Aconex procedures guides for their project.
• Building and managing workflows on Aconex.
• Providing a QA check to all information coming onto the system and process accordingly will incorporate ensuring that all drawings can be read and printed correctly using the Aconex viewer and that all aspects of the drawings/documents are in accordance with the procedures otherwise, apply QA rejected status to the information.
• Ensuring the Mace team adheres to the project process and procedures and providing guidance when deviation occurs.
• Ensuring all drawings and documents published to the system are associated with a document transmittal.
• Updating technical submission schedules, method statement schedules, RFI registers, and drawing registers.
• Maintaining the project work package list and ensuring documents are being assigned to work packages, as per the Mace work packaging guidelines and in tandem with the subcontractor viewing restrictions.
• Running exception reports for Mace managers on a weekly basis.
• Managing contract communications including instructions.
• Preparing tender documents and managing the distribution of tenders through the Aconex platform.

About youWith a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. You are knowledgeable and have experience in using Aconex or similar platforms. You are digitally savvy - experienced in web-based applications/software. You can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You must have experience in programme or project management equating quality and value with the individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
