Our client is looking to hire a Divisional Manager who would be responsible for the overall supervision of technical and commercial matters.?- Co-develop the divisions policies & procedures and monitor their implementation.- Market your division in the best possible way with a high degree of customers awareness.- To plan and execute sales calls which effectively articulate the firms offerings and create customer interest.- To establish contact with clients, consultants and contractors.- To get the companys products & systems specified with the consultants.- To prepare proposals to the clients standard.- To identify business opportunities and work with customers to understand requirements.- Develop analysis of statistical information in order to determine and monitor own performance.- Develop with the executive manager plans to enhance revenues and create growth.- Prepare reports that outline your division operating mischiefs and quickly attend to them.- Coordinate the preparation of your divisions budget and the financial forecasts.- Design, establish and maintain the division structure and staffing requirement according to budget.- Help Business units managers on day-to-day problems, maintenance issues, decision making?and team spirit.Requirements- Engineering degree- Minimum 12-15 years relevant experience in handling a Division.- Technical knowledge of Data Centre and power systems.- Hands on experience with at least 5 manufacturers.- Skilled at Action Planning and follow-up.- Able to lead change and process improvements in a dynamic environment.- Ability to manage multiple priorities.- Strong analytical and logical skills.
