About The RoleTo maintain the standards of the beauty brands, the generic beauty exposure points (vitrines/ outposts-floor etc. - through ensuring the correct displays, creative merchandising - according to guidelines provided and in relation to the various schematic and theme that are on exposure, with a hand in maintenance of simple housekeeping to protect the brand image and visibility. What Youll Be Doing

  • Work closely with the Beauty Visual Merchandising Team - taking directions, information, and planograms- from Beauty VMA/VM line, for the upkeep and maintaining of the standards - all areas, floor/counters - Beauty Rooms etc.
  • Install, carefully and properly, all the display items as per approved concept / design / theme to attract the attention of customers and draw them towards the given product / brand.
  • Remove the display materials / items at the end of allotted time, carefully dismantle, pack and arrange to have them transported them back to the warehouse to enable codification and storage of materials properly for future use. (at times creating asset list and documentation of said props/units-other)
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly- monthly reports on the work done so as to enable measurement of efficiency and quality of work done by the Display Artists.
  • Support with the processing of access, security passes and permits. associated with VM and works for external/internal - suppliers and partners.
About You
  • You will have a minimum of O level / intermediate, with tertiary qualifications in fine or commercial arts.
  • You will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant experience.
