Our client looking for a Dispatcher for 2 months job. Candidate must have his own visa.Kindly find below the Task & Responsibilities of Dispatcher.ÿÿ1.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿReceive all export pick lists form CSR and coordinate with forklift drivers to have material picked.2.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommunicate with security and manage trucks in the yard to ensure loading is done in an effective manner and onto the correct vehicles.3.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCoordinate with Inbound and Local loading to ensure enough space is available to load vehicles before confirming entry to factory site.4.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿIssue of BOL`s and delivery documents required to get material offloaded at delivery site.5.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure all documents relevant for custom clearance is present before handing over to drivers.6.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿEnsure correct material is picked by forklift drivers by cross checking loading.7.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommunicate with customers regarding vehicles loaded and provide details regarding transport used so they can prepare the site.8.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿUpdate truck details folder with loading photos, truck number and customer details.9.ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿClose coordination with CSR to ensure customer special requirements are met.10.ÿÿÿÿScan the signed BOL`s into the system once returned.11.ÿÿÿÿFollow up to receive the signed BOL`s from transporters once material is delivered.12.ÿÿÿÿParticipate in quarterly stock takes.
