Our client looking for a Dispatcher for 2 months job. Candidate must have his own visa.Kindly find below the Task & Responsibilities of Dispatcher.1.ÿReceive all export pick lists form CSR and coordinate with forklift drivers to have material picked.2.ÿCommunicate with security and manage trucks in the yard to ensure loading is done in an effective manner and onto the correct vehicles.3.ÿCoordinate with Inbound and Local loading to ensure enough space is available to load vehicles before confirming entry to factory site.4.ÿIssue of BOL`s and delivery documents required to get material offloaded at delivery site.5.ÿEnsure all documents relevant for custom clearance is present before handing over to drivers.6.ÿEnsure correct material is picked by forklift drivers by cross checking loading.7.ÿCommunicate with customers regarding vehicles loaded and provide details regarding transport used so they can prepare the site.8.ÿUpdate truck details folder with loading photos, truck number and customer details.9.ÿClose coordination with CSR to ensure customer special requirements are met.10.Scan the signed BOL`s into the system once returned.11.Follow up to receive the signed BOL`s from transporters once material is delivered.12.Participate in quarterly stock takes.
