Director of Rental Development in DubaiCity: DubaiFull-timeFull-timefull job descriptionWe are looking for a rental department manager with experience in building and managing a rental department.The ideal candidate must be certified by RERA with at least 3 years of experience in a real estate brokerage firm in a similar position. He or she must have knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including relevant laws, policies and procedures, especially in the field of rental and property management.Job responsibilities :1. To collect a database of 500 owners who are ready to rent objects through our agency;2. Build a system for finding new objects to replace the leased ones3. Assemble a team of 3 real estate brokers, approve their motivation system4. Maintain a clear CRM for accounting of objects and brokers work5. Keep in touch with the service provider on any issues related to the rental department6. Negotiate with the landlord and the tenant on the extension of the lease term based on the RERA rental index calculator.7. Be responsible for paying for real estate (all bills are paid off, the landlord has paid for utility bills)8. Be responsible that all properties are registered in the EJARI system on the Dubailand website to avoid any problems that may arise in the process of property management.
