Our company emphasizes innovation, quality, and team collaboration in delivering exceptional visual experiences for clients.ÿPosition Summary:ÿWe are seeking a Director of Motion Graphics with over 8 years of experience in the UAE to lead and manage our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motion design, project management, and technical integration of motion projects. This role requires close collaboration with motion and art directors to design high-quality animations, manage project timelines, and mentor junior designers.ÿKey Responsibilities:ÿ

  • Work with Art/Motion Directors to design and deliver compelling, high-quality animations and video productions.ÿ
  • Utilize advanced conceptual and design skills to bring creative ideas to life.ÿ
  • Shape the details of motion projects by integrating cutting-edge techniques and technology.ÿ
  • Collaborate with programmers to integrate functionality into visual designs.ÿ
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-task delivery.ÿ
  • Stay up to date with advancements in production tools and technology.ÿ
  • Train and mentor motion designers on best practices.ÿ
  • Lead quality assurance (QA) processes to review final outputs and source files.ÿ
  • Delegate production tasks to team members, ensuring smooth workflow and execution.ÿ
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure the creative vision aligns with their business needs.ÿ
Qualifications:ÿ
  • Over 8 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and project management.ÿ
  • Proficiency in motion design software, including After Effects, Cinema 4D, Redshift/Octane, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.ÿ
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with motion graphics for commercial ads, projection mapping, and anamorphic content.ÿ
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas to clients and internal teams.ÿ
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams.ÿ
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in multiple languages (Arabic, French) considered an asset.ÿ
  • Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Graphics Design and Animation or related field.ÿ
