  • Expressing legal opinion on issues referred to the administration and providing advice thereon
  • Managing the department?s organizational units, monitoring their performance and preparing reports to prevent duplication of goals and tasks between them.
  • Preparing a proposal for the management?s strategic and operational plan, developing performance indicators for work, and working to achieve them
  • Supervising the preparation of legal studies, agreements and regulations related to the work of the entity
  • Supervising the preparation of memoranda and preparing documents for lawsuits to which the entity is a party, and following up the progress of its procedures in coordination with the authorities related
