We are in search of a smart, dynamic, tech-savvy Learning and Development leader who can take the learning and development agenda to the next level with tech-led interventions - this is one the most important roles in a people-driven organization which is aiming to be among the top-10 employers in the region.Ideal candidate -? minimum 15 years total exp, with 5 plus years of leading LnD org in a global or a regional team? hands-on and strategic at the same time? has managed both blue and white collared staff (at least 20k plus employees)? tech-savvy - someone who has implemented cutting-edge solutions like LMS, elearning, app-based learning, Learning academies etc.? Post graduate (minimum graduate)? experience in managing large scale training ops, through minimal resources? Minimum experience of 5-6 years in the UAE and the GCC region
