As the Director of Enterprise Architecture, you will support in driving the digital transformation of the business by defining target enterprise architecture patterns to support the overall strategy and roadmaps across the entity.Client DetailsA very successful, leading firm going through exciting developments and investing heavily in talent.DescriptionDevelop technology directions and plans for key technologies such as Cloud, Customer-centric architecture and Digital.Define reference enterprise architecture patterns for each key technology to support the organisation wide vision and individual business vertical strategies.Support solution architects across business verticals to execute the roadmaps in projects lifecycle while piloting key technologies (until the delivery).Communicate with stakeholders across the IT & business to ensure that technology projects and initiatives support roadmap direction for shared platforms.Develop and maintain a group wide enterprise architecture framework (as is and to be) to ensure that the overall digital strategy and vision is maintained consistently and socialised across business verticals on a regular basis.Enable transformation of technology in the Group through introduction of new technologies or retirement of obsolete technologies.Provide architectural guidance to multiple agile teams and across a complex digital product portfolio and collaborate with relevant IT peers to help drive the transition of the group to cloud.Implement and lead business enhancing innovation and technology changes throughout the organisation, enabling new digital channels and customer experiences.ProfileYou have over 10 years of overall experience with demonstrated leadership experience.You would have experience working as an Enterprise Architect and possess strong Enterprise Architecture domain knowledge with experience in developing, implementing and maintaining architecture across complex platforms, applications, and networks.Must be TOGAF certified.You must have strong knowledge in emerging technologies, and the ability to apply these in the service of the companys key business goals.Must be UAE National with a family book due to the nature of this role.Job OfferOpportunity to lead an entire existing practice whilst still being able to be create something in your own vision to transform the organisation.Very exciting leadership role for someone to have significant impact on the growth of the business.Opportunity to work for a leading, high-profile organisation.
