Job Description

The Director of Construction has overall responsibility for the successful execution of construction projects. Oversees Project and Construction Managers, coordinate and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Provides leadership to strategically manage risks, and ensure, quality, HSE each phase of work is started and completed on time.˙˙Responsibilities

  • Monitoring progress and ensuring project quality.
  • Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to Project and Construction Managers to implement those decisions.
  • Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
  • Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
  • Managing Project and Construction Managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.
  • Working in office and on a construction site.
