The Director of Legal Affairs performs and manages all required legal functions including advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating policies procedures, bylaws, contracts, agreements, securities and regulatory compliance. The Director is also responsible for tending and contracting, acquisitions of rights, and the negotiations of licensing agreements, marketing, advertising and promotion agreements, intellectual property agreements, consulting and services agreements, employment agreements, financing agreements, and engineering procurement and construction agreements. Other duties include maintaining government and regulatory compliance, responding to all complaints made against the Arrowad, provide advice for and participates in negotiations, and represents Arrowad in legal proceedings.Qualifications: Minimum of bachelor degree in relevant fields is required.
