Design and develop international delegation programs, ensuring alignment with Groups vision. ? Project manage and host international delegations and act as a representative of the Group. ? Manage, monitor and continually improve the new system & processes to capture results and data of inbound and outbound delegation visits and events. ? Critically evaluate data and information from international delegate visits and events to identify and recommend opportunities and implement improvements. ? Contribute to the development of briefing papers to inform key stakeholders ? Co-ordinate international funding agencies? arrangements, ensuring MI compliance in accordance with internal and external governance requirements. ? Manage compliance reporting for international funding agencies? to maintain funding eligibility. ? In collaboration with faculties, write grant applications to secure international funding for staff mobility to enhance international research collaborations. ? Provide International Relations advice and reporting to the Chairman to inform decision making. ? Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including international funding agencies/Governments ? Perform any other duties as required and appropriate for this classification.
