The next few years will definitely be an exciting rocketship journey for us at Property Finder.Position SummaryThis role is one of the key positions of the Data Science & AI leadership team driving the architecture of external data and Data as a Product strategy, with key involvement in a smooth data delivery between Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Products at Property Finder.The position will play a key role in maximising data value creation as a key conduit between Senior Data Scientists, Product Directors, Business Analytics Director and the Data Engineering Director with the goal of designing and implementing a scalable and flexible architecture for external data.Key Responsibilities

• Owns the Roadmap development and business cases for new data products
• Define the data requirements, within the context of the business objectives, the constraints of data privacy and governance, and the inventory of external data assets.
• Design how the data will be structured and how it will be componentized as a product, to be consumed via services.
• Coordinate the different data driven initiatives and ensure delivery in collaboration with Data Engineering Director and the different Squads
• Champion agile techniques, be a role model in these disciplines, leading by example and providing support to the Data Science Team. implement new tools and processes, and provide ongoing support.
• Drive adoption of best practices across the Data team, leading by example to instil excellent standards and ensure end-to-end process and tooling consistency
• Constantly evaluate quality of our data, accuracy of our models, and identify improvement opportunities
• Responsible for regular progress updates, managing dependencies, risks and issues
• Support in the acquisition of additional data through different channels
• Take an active lead on the data as a product/service roadmap and ensure a smooth data delivery, quality content whilst adhering to the timeline.
• Be an inspirational leader who attracts, develops and retains the best talent within Data Science & A.I. team
• Understand the technical landscape particular to our use cases involving data structures, sources, and implementations
• Communicate clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical leadership

• 10+ years of data as a service / product
• 7+ years of team management experience
• Good problem solving and Analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to influence multiple stakeholders both with and without direct authority.
• Prove track record in setting up a data strategy from scratch
• Sizeable database and Ecosystem management

Other Capabilities

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Snowflake, Snowplow, AWS Cloud provisioning, Tealium, google analytics, Tableau
• Exposure to NoSQL like MongoDB
• Experience in the Classified industry is a big plus
