Main responsibilites of the role include:- Oversee development and delivery of the Daily Programming content. This includes responsibility of managing the selected Production Company Contractor/s to produce and deliver the daily programming content;- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure an effective management of the required contractors and suppliers to deliver the daily programming;- Support the procurement and commercial teams to negotiate commercial terms with the selected contractors and suppliers in order to ensure the best possible outcome for Expo 2020;- Together with the Creative team and appointed Production Company, facilitate the planning, design and development of creative concepts and lead the relevant approval processes internally within Expo;- Liaise with the Expo management team, relevant departments, and stakeholder organisations to ensure delivery requirements are planned and agreed for all aspects of daily programming;- Oversee the integration of the Production Contractors with internal Expo resource and other Production contractors as required and contribute to the conceptualization of creative concepts in collaboration with the key creative team and other contractors;- Establish structures, policies, processes and reporting frameworks to ensure effective and efficient reporting to meet any internal Governance processes;- Identify and appoint the necessary team members to support the delivery of the daily programming content and provide leadership and guidance to the entire team, ensuring world class delivery of the programming content for Expo 2020.
