Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s Degree /MBA Preferred
  • 10-15 years of proven track record of medium to large engagements
  • Business Development Track Record
  • Proven Leadership Qualities
  • Good People Management Skills
  • Insight of global delivery models
  • Having good connects with CXO?s and establishing relationships at these levels
  • Experience in ERP (Oracle /SAP/Infor?etc.)?Business Development
  • Ability to analyze and map clients? business requirements, processes and objectives
  • Previous experience with account management, business development, sales of ERP solutions in ME/UAE is strongly preferred
