Dubai Holding Entertainmentcurrently has an exciting career opportunity. We are looking to hire a Director- Brand and Communication who is responsible for shaping strategies and drive key strategic marketing initiatives that are central to the exposure, growth and profitability of the business and brands.Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):Strategic Marketing

• Accountable for the provision of an effective, full marketing and branding service, including advertising, promotion, digital, CRM and public relations for the corporate brand as well as all parks and resorts
• Continue to develop and improve the institutions overarching brand strategy to ensure continuing alignment to the goals and initiatives of both internal and external constituents as well as building brand equity
• Help establish, develop, synergize and maintain the relationship and business culture between Sales, Marketing and Strategic Partnership and Alliances
• Enhance customer engagement by growing brand awareness and by assuring that audience knowledge is continuously deepened by the DHE experience
• Leverage brand communications strategy by aligning messaging and image across all levels of marketing, sales and customer service, development and operations
• Establish process and information flows that facilitate knowledge-sharing and ensure that expectations and performance is continually communicated
• Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan with monthly, quarterly and year update on targets achieve, variance and set-back reporting mechanism

• Proactively anticipate business opportunities, and lead investigation, design, and execution of those initiatives
• Identify, prioritize, and implement key strategic marketing projects to further accelerate organic growth
• Improve and extend promotion of DHE brands by adopting and utilizing a marketing and business development policy that focuses on increased understanding of, appreciation of, and commitment to all aspects of the brand thus multiplying the impact of the investment in marketing
• Develop and apply formal measurement to demonstrate actual increased customer retention and growth in market share as well as leveraging analytics as an asset
• Provide informed ideas and recommendations that will shape and enhance the future of DHE as an institution of distinction and renown

• Prepare and successfully manage an annual marketing budget reflecting all resources utilized in the operation of the department, with a particular focus upon ensuring early anticipation and correction of monthly and period variances to prevent a year-end closing that differs from the approved budget

• Develop and support a skilled, productive staff that works positively and collegiately through cooperative structures and build a positive climate of respect and appreciation for the work performed
• -Develop team KPIs and ensure a proper plan in put into place for their career and personal development/growth

• To follow all relevant QHSE-IMS procedures and relevant legal requirements so that a certain minimum level of product/service quality can be guaranteed, personal health & safety, the safety of others and company assets are not jeopardized and the activities carried out are consistent with DHE?s vision of environmental protection and safety
