We are looking for a Dining Staff to be responsible for the overall flow and management of the Front of House. This includes training and managing junior staff members, stocking the dining room before and after service and maintaining strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the restaurant.An integral part of your responsibilities will be customer service and your complete guidance on servers, dine-in, delivery/takeaway, pick-up, plus table services to guests within the dining space or entering or exiting the restaurant.Implement a strategy to generate higher revenue through up-selling & recommendation techniques.Oversee guests? orders and invoices via POS system where necessary.Notify any lack of equipment and service material.Respond quickly and positively to any complaints from guests during service.
