Job Description

Role Purpose:? The Digital UX Designer is responsible collaborating with product teams to understand customers need and business requirements to design and develop effective end-to-end customer experiences in store & digital. The role holder is also responsible for apply innovative techniques and tools to create elegant user experiences?Role Summary:UX Integration into Digital Offerings and Products?

  • Create the best user experience by exploring many different approaches and techniques to solve end-users problems and pain points
  • Design and deliver product visualization based on input from received from product and design teams
  • Develop wireframes and task flows based on business and user needs
  • Identify and conduct user interface experiments in collaboration with product and design teams; conduct analytics based on data from real life experimentation
  • Analyse user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user experience
  • Conduct usability tests in order to ensure a seamless user- experience and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure that the final design is fit for purpose based upon the brief from the relevant stakeholdersCollaboration and Communication?
  • Support Product Managers and Product Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products
  • Collaborate with other designers within and across team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across products
