Job Description

Role SummaryThe Digital Transformation Consultant is responsible for leading end-to-end digital transformation initiatives and projects from strategy definition to roll-out and implementation: ideation, incubating processes or technologies, acceleration & operational integration, measurement & evaluation. Digital transformation projects may vary in complexity from digital initiative definition to organization-wide, multi-disciplinary digital transformation programs. The manager will be responsible for leading the project delivery team and managing internal and external stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the digital transformation consulting practice by identifying business opportunities inside the group companies and outside
  • Lead the design and implementation of digital transformation projects and programs by orchestrating all involved stakeholders, overseeing all deliverables and streams
  • Lead end to end engagements, guide and supervise team members, manage stakeholders? expectations, manage project timeline, deliverables and financials
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders on digital strategies and digital transformations
  • Apply deep financial acumen and support identification and development of innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability
  • Work with and lead multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams
  • Train and coach junior resources
