You will be working directly with our priority customers, located in the Middle East. Close cooperation with our Middle East sales team and Services team in HQ is essential for a successful outcome. We hope you have a genuine desire and passion for digital marketing and marketing technologies, and youre ready and capable of delivering tangible results. The work is demanding and time-sensitive, hence your prior project management experience for managing tight deadlines and demanding customers is crucial.Location:You will be part of our Liana Services Unit that is operating from our HQ in Oulu, Finland. Your physical location is going to be at our regional office in Dubai / online (hybrid model).Preferred personal qualities:* Our ideal candidate already has digital marketing and project management experience and knowledge of growing customers? digital marketing and online sales, especially with marketing automation, templates and paid advertising. * You have worked on demanding global projects and with international customers. * You are very passionate, innovative and curious about the upcoming digital marketing trends and full of new ideas for our customers to try. * You have excellent organizational and communication skills. * You know how to manage complex projects and meet deadlines. * You have excellent communication skills in the English language. Arabic is a huge plus. * Your key skills include a proactive style of working, taking ownership of matters and following through, creative thinking, excellent analytical and time management skills.Technical skills required:* Project management as a whole * Google Ads & Social Media Ads: Successful track record on planning, executing and analysing advertising campaigns. * Marketing Automation: ability to execute, create and analyze multichannel marketing automation campaigns. * SEO: Experience and knowledge of search engine optimisation is a plus.In your future role:* You will make digital marketing business plans, develop templates and help our well-known customers achieve their digital marketing growth goals. * You are responsible for digital marketing plans.
