Oversees operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while looking for opportunities of improvement or revision.
Anticipates and tracks operational and tactical risks and providing strategic solutions.
Managing the partner content on different platforms Content Management Systems by communicating with internal teams and using internal systems to ensure and maximize the protection and monetization.
Manage and Co-ordinate all aspects of YouTube channels optimization.
Carry out audience development tactics for our channels covering all aspects of annotations and end cards use and YouTube campaigns.
Execute the content strategy for each channel / MCN covering all aspects of Channel Programming, Video Uploads, video organization and video featuring.
Responsible for finding local or overseas internet celebrities and MCN agencies, formulating cooperation plans, negotiating, and signing contracts, and maintaining good communication and contact with them.
Optimizing the social presence of our partners and clients and integrate it with their YouTube offering.
Execute and coordinate aspects of digital copyrights management on several content platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Sound Cloud etc.
Provide training to Digital Business Development Executives and influencer coordinating Teams.
Provide any recommendation to improve the quality of service, increase customer satisfaction, and/or reduce costs.
