Job Purpose:The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.Responsibilities:?Plan and execute all website, email, social media content and advertising campaigns (social media and SEM) ? brand, monthly offers, e-commerce in order to maximise traffic and conversions.?Plan and create monthly e-commerce offers ? offer proposal, content (visual and textual).?Work closely with agencies on creating advertising content for targeted audience on social media and Google Search.?Monitor, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).?Map and plan a comprehensive visitor?s online journey and collaborate with internal and external teams to create a website focusing on user experience (UX).?Identify latest digital trends and collect insights on new technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital developments.?Create brief and project documentation and, together with internal and external stakeholders, build and maintain fully functional e-commerce platform for the brand. ?Optimize digital spend and performance based on the campaign results and insights.?Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.?Utilize strong analytical ability and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.?Create onsite and advertising content.?Plan, create and schedule monthly and ad hoc mailers and monitor email marketing performance.?Develop plans and calendars for online offer promotions across all channels ? owned and earned ? in alignment with the overall strategy.?Plan, organize and oversee photo shoots and video shoots.
