The Digital Marketing Specialist at WebCastle Technologies LLC is responsible for developing and implementing all digital marketing strategies to promote our clients to their target customers and to work daily to ensure these efforts are generating the expected results and increased sales. This position is ideal for a well-rounded and creative digital specialist, who can do the following tasks:? Having creative and good presentation skills? Knowledge in key areas of marketing (Google Adwords, SEO, Social Media Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing and Email marketing)? Know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy? Understand the key measurement tools available? Knowledge of retargeting/remarking, display, and rich media/video advertising? Developing social presence and advocating brands effectively? Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms? Manage sites including Google Analytics and coordinate digital retargeting campaigns? Setup and ongoing optimization and management of PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients? Management of ad budgets, A/B testing ad creatives, keyword research, setting up audiences, and optimizing for conversions and KPIs? Management of ad budgets, text ad creative, and keyword research? Perform digital advertising audits? Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective resolution of conflicting priorities? Actively collaborate with account managers to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives? Ensure implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes? Generate periodic reports? Stay current on search trends, tools and resources? Identify, monitor and report on competitor techniques
