Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced - Part Time Sales Associate to join our fast growing digital sales team for Orangutan Social (OS) Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai UAE.?Candidates should be comfortable on the phone and interested in learning about digital marketing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build their industry knowledge and sales skills by learning from the client director; ready to progress into a full-time sales or client executive role.Job Responsibilities:?

  • Your main role is to sell our digital solutions to B2B customers and to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and revenue generation for the company. Most importantly, as a Sales Associate youre primarily responsible for achieving and exceeding the targeted sales for the business and will be rewarded on each account brought in.
Reporting to Client Director you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Achieve/ Exceed monthly/ annual sales target while maximizing the profitability of the branch by focusing on both the net sales and gross margin earnings
  • Selling retainer contracts with clients will be key as this will be an important KPI for this role to promote business growth
  • Regularly monitoring our competitor?s activities, pricing and general market conditions and discuss the data with the Client Director to plan future market related strategies
  • Maintain an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns
  • Ensure that the customer?s expectations always meet or exceed the OS set standards
  • Attend sales meetings with the directors and modular training sessions, refresher courses that introduce new products and make sure the Client Director is informed if additional training is required
  • Document and maintain all records in the CRM as per the SOP
  • ?Ensure that Monthly dues are not more than agreed target
About You:
  • Own UAE Visa is a must?
  • UAE Driving License is a must
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years? B2B sales experience
  • Must be a fast learner?
  • Must have grit and determination and a keen eye for opportunity?
  • Candidate with Technical knowledge on marketing and agency principles will have an edge for this role
  • Strong knowledge of Sales process, Finance & Insurance structure, systems and methodology
Benefits:?
  • The position has a basic monthly salary of AED 2,000 to 3,000 depending on the agreed number of days
  • Commission for all new business
  • Commission for retained business
