Job Description

The ideal candidate must have a working knowledge of Google Ads, Yandex, Analytics, Social Media Ads, ORM, and Manage Online Real Estate Platforms.Your primary responsibilities are as follows:

  • Run ads on Google and Yandex. Must know about bidding strategy, target audience, keyword research, conversions, ranking ad on top and absolute top of the page, competitor analysis, etc., and generate potential leads.
  • Run ads on social media accounts to generate potential leads at a suitable CPL.
  • Manage social media accounts such as Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Posts-Engagement on social media at regular intervals to get more followers and likes on our accounts
  • Manage or publish property listings on other online real estate platforms, and you will be negotiating marketing contracts with the vendors to get a reasonable deal for the company.
  • Branding and ORM. You must create and maintain a favorable brand image of the company and its products.He/she is in charge of every social media account of the companys brands and monitors any negative impression by the customers.
  • You will develop monthly reports on the performance of accounts and analyze the customers data and share your findings.
  • Content writing
  • Compare and analyze competitor data and analyze and report CPC and conversion rates
  • Prepare budgeting and execute on approved budgets and proposals
  • Communicate and use outsourced resources to implement and complete required results
Experience:
  • Digital Marketing: 4 + years (Required) Preferably in the Real Estate market targeting Russia region investors and HNWI
