We are a trading company, based in Al Barsha One,˙Dubai. Our main product is textile fabrics. Plus we also deal in IT products such as laptops, desktops. The company is a small business operating in a 200 sq feet serviced office in a business center. We require one Digital Marketing Assistant who can also do admin work. The nearest Metro is Mashreq Metro. Responsibilities:Organize, print and scan documents for online storage and offline file keepingData entry into Excel / Google Sheets for office expenses.Prepare Invoice, packing list for shipmentsReview online content of company website and coordinate with external contractor for website content and digital marketingData entry into textile samples databaseResearch on internet for potential customers, suppliers new trendsOrganize and schedule meetings and webinars on Zoom or Google MeetPay bills, submit documents to banksDriving for company owner as required (if you have a UAE DL)Assist company owner in his personal property management and its maintenance coordination with technical services companies. Handle property listing with agents, tenant moving-in, moving out, preparation of contracts, bills payment,Salary Total is AED 4500 to AED 5500 depending on experience.
