Job Description

Digital Marketing and Social Media SpecialistCointral is a cryptocurrency trading platform established in Istanbul in 2017. It provides services in Istanbul, Ankara, Gaziantep and Dubai with its cash payment points and adds innovations to the crypto money sector with its various products. We are looking for a Graphic Designer for the Dubai branch of Cointral, a cryptocurrency trading platform based in Istanbul Fatih.Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage social media campaigns and community strategies across all channels with a goal to grow followers and audience engagement
  • Coordinate ideation, planning and execution of projects and campaigns
  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to capitalize on opportunities to improve the social community
  • Manage the editorial calendar collaborating with internal teams to manage content needs
  • Manage the social community, from answering questions to customer resolution to sourcing engagement opportunities
  • Write, edit and proofread materials ensuring quality and consistency with appropriate writing styles, brand voice and tone
