Lets Grow Together.Reporting to the Head of CX, IFM and Digital Acquisition, the Digital Insurance Consultant will work closely with the various stakeholders to translate our digital channel strategy into a seamless digital experience for our customers.Job AccountabilitiesAs a Digital Insurance Consultant, your role will involve:

  • Conduct research and evolve the Organization?s understanding of the digital ecosystem and competitive landscape to guide value proposition development and go-to market strategy in accessing and engaging customers.
  • Identify target segments and develop compelling value propositions to meet the needs of each segment in trying to access and engage customers in the Zurich ecosystem.
  • Partner with various business lines to understand development plans and how those should be re?ected in our go to market strategy.
  • Help support Business Requirement Documents and support the implementation of detailed use cases within the function.
  • Work closely with the function to develop and execute a detailed product road map that delivers on the needs of our customers. Collaborate cross-functionally with relevant teams (distribution, operations, marketing, IT) to ensure that the functional strategy is aligned towards a common Zurich financial ambition.
  • Help support accessing and engaging customers by driving partnerships in various sectors.
Job QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • UAE national with a family book
  • Fluent Arabic and English language skills University degree /or business-related quali?cation 5 or more years of experience in related ?eld
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to a non- technical audience.
  • Data analysis and market research experience
