  • Making outbound calls to customers based on Hot Leads received for specific brands.
  • Narrow down customer requirements with offerings.
  • Be consultative and have a conversation to align with customer expectations and promote the product that is best suited for the customer needs.
  • Be able to confidently articulate our product offerings and ensure the customers questions are answered.
  • Pass these customers to the respective showrooms for a confirmed sale.
