O Boticario UAE is looking for a detail-oriented and creative candidate to fill the role of a junior content coordinator. Your work will help power all of the content marketing work done for O Boticario brand in UAE. The day-to-day tasks will include content updates and publishing, overseeing our social media accounts.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and collaborator. We?re looking for someone who pays attention to small details, never misses a deadline, and enjoys staying organized. Previous experience with Illustrator and Photoshop is required and basic knowledge of SEO is preferred.Responsibilities:- Executes day-to-day social media responsibilities, monitoring and responding to comments and interactions and implementation of social media campaigns- Updates current and emerging social media platforms and participates in new initiatives and social media efforts- Shoots, edits and delivers image and video assets- Creates written, visual and multimedia content targeted toward specific social media platforms and audiences (e.g., photos, statuses, and videos for social media)- Supports with photography at events, when necessary- Assists with tasks including copywriting, creation of VMs, PR kits, artworks, etc- Monitors goals and objectives for social media profiles and effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs- Evaluates results and works with Marketing Analyst to recommend changes to strategize to support the Content/Brand Manager- Stays up to date on the latest social media trends and state-of-the-art technology, such as new algorithms, features, and platforms- Evaluates and recommends newsworthy activities and events- Any other responsibilities as defined by management.
