We are a designer fashion brand promoting an exceptional and unique set of products. Currently, we are expanding our presence in the UAE and looking for passionate,?confident, smart and enthusiastic sales ladies to join our team and be an integral part of our future plans and developments.?Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs;
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices;
  • Maintain records related to sales;
  • Place special orders or call other stores to find desired items;
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Be part of social media team and promote relative activities
  • Manage transactions; issue receipts, refunds and exchange transactions.
  • Cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
