Design ManagerEligibility:?Bachelor of Architecture. Master?s degree and/or LEED certification would be an added advantage.?Should have 8-10 years? UAE experience in residential, mixed-use and related projects.?Exposure to the latest building materials, building systems and interior and exterior trends.?Must have worked for Consultant/Developer organizations in the UAE.?Good understanding of UAE authority approval requirements and sequencing.?Proficiency in InDesign, PhotoShop, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, and other similar design software is essential.?Experience in the full process from conception till handover of projects. Good hand sketching skills required.?Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic. Excellent skills in communicating an artistic vision.?Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills and ability to work in a team environment.?Mandatory- Excellent English communication written and verbal .?Good organizational skills in working on multiple projects simultaneously and should be able to perform efficiently.??
